Condo for Rent!

Hey Guys!

I know there were a few people interested in the condo my parents are renting out.

They're lowering the price of the rent from $1250 to $1150. It's a two bedroom, two bath, kitchen, washer and dryer, living room and dining room. Cats are welcome. :-) Just pay for the electric and the cable.

There's also central air and a shopping center right across the street.

Totally forgot...

I'm posting this for anyone who's looking for a place to live.

My parents own a condo in Washingtonville and they're looking to rent it out.

It's a two bedroom, two bath, kitchen, living room, dining room and has a washer and dryer. There's also plenty of closet space.
You also have a pool to use.

It's $1250/month. Utilities are NOT included (as far as I know).

If anyone wants to look at it, let me know.
